Terms of Service
The rules that apply when an organization accesses or uses Dialaunch.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to Dialaunch websites, accounts, software, and WhatsApp calling services. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.
Additional order forms, service descriptions, or data processing terms agreed with Dialaunch form part of the agreement and take priority when they address the same subject more specifically.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, assign access only to authorized people, and notify Dialaunch promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Your organization is responsible for activity performed through its accounts and agent permissions.
Acceptable use
You may use Dialaunch only for lawful business communications and in accordance with applicable platform rules.
- Do not make unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsolicited communications.
- Do not record calls or process personal information without the notices, rights, and legal basis required.
- Do not interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the security of Dialaunch.
- Do not use the service to transmit malware, infringe rights, impersonate others, or facilitate fraud.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties unless your agreement expressly allows it.
WhatsApp Business and Meta terms
Dialaunch acts as a service provider operating WhatsApp Business Platform functions only for the organization that authorizes the connection. Before connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, the administrator confirms that they can bind the organization and that the organization accepts the applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies.
The organization remains the owner and administrator of its WhatsApp Business Account and is responsible for maintaining eligible accounts, accurate business and support information, approvals, phone numbers, permissions, payment methods, and an active account administrator.
Third-party changes, suspensions, outages, or eligibility decisions may affect calling availability. Dialaunch does not control those third-party systems.
WhatsApp messaging, calling, and commerce
The organization is responsible for every communication, transaction, workflow, agent, and automation operated through its account. It must comply with applicable law, Meta and WhatsApp documentation, and the current policies linked above.
- Contact only people who supplied their phone number and gave the required opt-in for the relevant messages or calls; obtain separate permission before initiating calls when required.
- Provide clear opt-out methods and promptly honor every request to stop, block, or discontinue communications, whether received on or off WhatsApp.
- Use approved message templates when required, respect the customer-service window, and provide a prompt and direct route to human or other appropriate support when automation is used.
- Do not send deceptive, surprising, discriminatory, unlawful, unsolicited, or prohibited content, and do not facilitate prohibited or restricted goods, services, organizations, or activities.
- When using catalogs, payments, or other commerce experiences, comply with the Meta Commerce Policy and remain solely responsible for sales terms, fulfillment, taxes, fees, refunds, privacy disclosures, and legal compliance.
- Maintain all notices, permissions, licenses, age gates, geographic controls, and regulatory safeguards required for the organization’s industry and jurisdictions.
WhatsApp data and provider controls
The organization instructs Dialaunch to process WhatsApp Business Solution data solely to provide the requested service for that organization. Dialaunch does not acquire ownership of the organization’s WABA or business communications and does not act as Meta’s or WhatsApp’s agent.
- Do not sell, license, transfer, or disclose WhatsApp Business Solution data except to an authorized service provider acting under appropriate written safeguards.
- Do not use WhatsApp-derived data to build or augment profiles of individual users beyond supporting their message threads, or to train or improve shared artificial-intelligence models where prohibited by the applicable terms.
- Promptly investigate suspected policy violations, cooperate with reasonable compliance requests, and notify Dialaunch when an account or use may no longer be authorized or compliant.
- Dialaunch may restrict, suspend, or disconnect WhatsApp functionality to prevent harm, comply with Meta or WhatsApp instructions, address a policy breach, or protect users and the service.
- An authorized administrator may disconnect the WABA from Dialaunch, and the organization remains responsible for charges accrued directly with Meta or other providers.
Customer data and recordings
You retain the rights you have in content and data submitted to the service. You authorize Dialaunch to process that data as needed to provide, protect, support, and improve the contracted service.
You are responsible for your call flows, messages, caller notices, recordings, retention choices, agent access, and instructions to Dialaunch. You must not submit data you are not authorized to process.
Fees and service changes
Paid plans, usage charges, taxes, payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are described in the applicable order or checkout flow. Unless the agreement states otherwise, fees already due are non-refundable.
We may improve or change the service. If a change materially reduces a contracted core function, the remedies in the applicable order or agreement will apply.
Intellectual property and feedback
Dialaunch and its licensors own the platform, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. The agreement gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable term.
If you provide feedback, you allow Dialaunch to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
Availability and warranties
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate service-level commitment says otherwise. Scheduled maintenance, emergencies, internet conditions, devices, carriers, and third-party platforms can affect calls.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those expressly stated in the agreement.
Liability, suspension, and termination
Each party’s liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and by any specific limits in the commercial agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Dialaunch may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address unlawful use, protect the service, or respond to non-payment. Either party may terminate according to the applicable order or when the other party materially breaches and does not cure the breach within any required period.
General terms and contact
The governing law, courts, notices, and any order of precedence are those stated in your applicable order or commercial agreement. If no separate agreement applies, mandatory local law remains unaffected.
We may update these online terms for future use of the service. Material updates will be identified by the date on this page. Questions can be submitted through the Dialaunch contact form.
