Questions from COD shops.
Do customers answer WhatsApp calls more than normal calls?
Often, yes. The call comes from your shop's name inside WhatsApp, an app your customers open all day, not from an unknown number. Your pilot shows the real answer rate on your own orders.
Do customers have to agree to the call?
Yes. WhatsApp asks each customer for permission before a business can call. Dialaunch sends that request as a WhatsApp message after the order and calls once the customer accepts. Orders without a reply are marked No answer, so your team can follow up.
What if the customer wants to change the order?
For a new delivery date or address, the AI notes the change and marks the order Changed. For another product or a price question, it hands the call to your team with the order on screen.
Do I need staff? Can my current agents use it?
You don't need new staff. The AI handles the routine confirmations. Your current agents take the hard cases on the same business number, from their browser or their own WhatsApp.
How do you count a confirmed order?
An order is confirmed when the customer says yes to the product, the amount and the delivery details on the call. Changed orders are counted apart, and every status comes with the call summary so you can check it.
