A phone system for front desks where several people answer

When three people share a front desk, the phone is usually one landline, a manager’s mobile and someone’s WhatsApp. Dialaunch puts those calls on one number that rings whoever is free, so the desk works as a team and nobody has to guess who picked up.

Ring whoever is free

Calls to your number ring the receptionists who are available. Whoever answers first takes the call.

Hold instead of ringing out

When everyone is busy, callers wait in a queue with your music and announcements instead of hanging up.

Call back what was missed

If nobody picks up, the call shows as missed with a button to call back, on a list the whole desk shares.

Why front desks miss calls

Most missed calls are not a staffing problem. They happen because the call rings one phone, and the person next to that phone is with a customer. The colleague who is free never hears it.

A shared line fixes the routing, not the people: every call reaches whoever can take it, and every call that still slips through is visible to everyone.

What a normal day looks like

In the morning everyone logs in from the browser and calls ring whoever is free. At lunch, when two people are with customers and one is on a call, the next caller hears your hold music. After closing, callers hear your opening times and leave a message you can see in the morning.

  • Opening hours and a closed message
  • Queue with hold music and announcements
  • Voicemail you can play back the next day
  • A missed-call list with a call-back button
  • Answer in the browser, on a mobile number or on WhatsApp

Keep your number and your hardware budget

If your current provider offers a SIP trunk, we connect it so callers keep dialling the number they know. There are no desk phones or on-site boxes to buy: a computer with a headset is enough, and receptionists can also answer on their own phone.

We set it up with you on a call, build the flow from how you answer today, and train the people who pick up. The 14-day trial starts when your first line works.

What to know before you start

Can we keep our current phone number?

Yes, if your current provider offers a SIP trunk. We connect it during setup and calls to your existing number come into Dialaunch. We don’t port numbers.

Do receptionists need new phones?

No. They answer in the browser with a headset, or on their own mobile number or WhatsApp. SIP desk phones and softphone apps also work if you already have them.

What does it cost?

From €14.90 per agent a month, with a minimum of three agents and no annual commitment. Call minutes come from a prepaid balance. You get 14 days free once your first line works.
