Data Deletion Instructions

An organization owner or administrator can open the organization settings in Dialaunch and select Disconnect in the WhatsApp Business section. Dialaunch unsubscribes the WhatsApp Business Account webhook, removes the stored business access token and connection identifiers, and disables the imported phone numbers in that organization.

To request deletion of account, WhatsApp, call, message, or other personal data that Dialaunch controls, use the contact form on this website. Include the account email, organization name, and WhatsApp Business Account ID if available, and state that this is a data deletion request. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or registration PINs.

We will verify the requester’s identity and authority, then delete or de-identify data unless retention is required for security, billing, legal obligations, disputes, or backups. When Dialaunch processes data for a customer organization, the request may need to be completed through that organization.

Disconnecting Dialaunch does not delete the WhatsApp Business Account or phone numbers held by Meta. Use Meta Business settings for those assets and Meta’s own account controls for information controlled by Meta.
