AI and team on the same call
Gallabox’s docs say a call is handled by a human or its Voice AI Agent, not both. Dialaunch’s team can take over and hand back.
Gallabox and Dialaunch both answer WhatsApp voice calls on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Gallabox is a WhatsApp engagement platform for marketing, sales and support, with calling added to its WhatsApp features. Dialaunch is an AI agent for WhatsApp calls with your team in control: one number takes many calls at once, and you decide where the AI answers and where people do, in the same call.

Place the AI agent, keypad menus, queues and opening hours anywhere in a flow you design.
HD voice with no lag, an AI that sounds like a person, and reporting built around calls.
Gallabox offers WhatsApp broadcasts, chatbots, a shared inbox and integrations, mainly for growing businesses. Its documentation describes WhatsApp Calling: customers call in, and teams call out once the customer grants permission. Calling is set up under WhatsApp, then Calling, on eligible plans, with call assignment rules and a busy message sent when no agent can answer.
Dialaunch is for businesses where calls are the main event. On one WhatsApp phone, a second caller hits a busy line. Dialaunch takes many calls at once on one WhatsApp Business number, and answers each with the AI agent, the next free agent, a queue with hold music, or the step you designed.
Gallabox’s docs say an incoming call is handled either by a human or by its Voice AI Agent, not both for the same call, and that a WhatsApp number uses one handler at a time. They list the Voice AI Agent as in alpha, available by contacting their product team, with the conversation handed to the team after the AI call ends. When no agent is free, Gallabox sends a busy message. At the time of writing (October 2026), we did not find documentation for keypad menus or hold queues on WhatsApp calls in Gallabox; check with them.
In Dialaunch, the AI agent and your team work on the same call. The AI answers in any language your customers speak, confirms orders, books appointments, checks deliveries and creates callbacks. When a caller asks for a person or is upset, it hands over live. Managers can listen, whisper, take over in one click and hand back to the AI. Callers who wait hear hold music in a queue instead of a busy message.
Both take WhatsApp calls. They differ in how calls are shared between AI and people.
If WhatsApp marketing, broadcasts and chatbots are the core of what you need, and calls are lighter, Gallabox covers a lot of ground in one tool.
Dialaunch fits when you want calls answered instantly by an AI agent that resolves routine requests, with a team that steps into the same call at the right moment, and no caller sent away with a busy message.
Keep Gallabox for broadcasts on one number and connect the number customers call to Dialaunch.
Once a WhatsApp number is connected to Dialaunch, it stops working in the WhatsApp Business app on that number, and the app’s chat history does not move over. Setup takes about 15 minutes with a guided flow; Meta’s approval of the number can take 1 to 3 days.
Yes. Gallabox’s documentation describes WhatsApp Calling for incoming and outgoing calls on eligible plans, with call assignment rules and a busy message when no agent is free.
Its docs describe a Voice AI Agent in alpha, available by contacting their product team, which handles a number’s calls instead of the team rather than alongside it. Check with Gallabox for the current status.
Dialaunch, if calls are central: the AI agent answers, your team can take over the same call live, and callers wait in a queue with hold music instead of getting a busy message.
Yes. It transfers the call when the caller asks for a person or is upset, and your team can also take over at any time and hand the call back to the AI.
